As a Commercial Analyst in our Commercial Investments Division, you will play a central role in helping InvestorKit clients build long-term wealth through the acquisition of high-quality commercial real estate. Reporting to the Partner – Commercial Services, your focus will be identifying and assessing income-producing commercial property that meets our clients’ investment criteria. You’ll assess assets through financial modelling, lease analysis, and due diligence. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to vendor engagement, client support, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
