The person who started it
Built for people who need a plan, not another full-time job.
Arjun Paliwal founded InvestorKit in 2018 after experiencing the frustrations of property investing himself. He saw that many Australians had the ambition to invest, but not the time to research markets, compare properties and manage every step around work and family.
He built a team across strategy, research, acquisitions and client success so those decisions receive specialist attention. Arjun is also the author of Driving the Data, which explores the evidence behind property investment decisions.
Good advice sometimes means saying “not yet” when the timing is wrong.

Data finds the market. People confirm it.
It starts in EDGE, our in-house Evaluation, Data and Growth Engine, where our models run on PropTrack, ABS, Domain and Cordell data. Our team puts 600+ hours of research into the market every month, then tests what the data says, in the market and at the property.

A checklist built on evidence
Our 20-point checklist comes from a study of more than 1,000 properties across hot, flat and cold markets. We reject 92% of the properties we review.

InvestorKit funded. Before purchase, our own independent inspector completes an on-the-ground review.

Client funded. An independent specialist completes a structural and pest inspection during due diligence.

Pre-Settlement Inspection
InvestorKit funded. A final check before settlement confirms nothing has changed since you signed and compares condition and inclusions with the contract.
