Role Summary

As a Senior Property Acquisitions Analyst at InvestorKit, your role is to lead the front line of our acquisition efforts. You are responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing high-quality properties that align with client strategies, market insights, and company goals. You play a critical role in ensuring properties are secured at the right price, in the right condition, and with the right terms.

You will oversee the end-to-end acquisition process up to the point of contract exchanged. Once a deal reaches this stage, you will collaborate with the Settlement Support Coordinators to ensure a smooth transition, maintaining a seamless client experience. Your partnership with the Research, Strategy, and Settlement teams ensures alignment across every phase of the client journey, with a strong emphasis on communication, speed, and precision.

This is a high-performance role where attention to detail, negotiation strength, property knowledge, and execution discipline all matter. You are expected to lead by example, demonstrate ownership of your deals, and play a key part in our mission to help clients build high-performing portfolios.

  • Source, assess, and secure properties that align with client briefs and InvestorKit standards.
  • Lead negotiations with selling agents, securing terms that protect client interests and improve outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including price and rental appraisals, pre purchase inspection analysis, P&B and other purchasing related investigations to
  • Ensure the client has a satisfactory purchase with negative property or financial impact
  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Research divisions to align property targets with market timing and client goals.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in CRM, portals, and shared systems.
  • Manage the deal through to unconditional status and liaise with Settlement Support to ensure a smooth handover.
  • Respond to feedback or incident reviews with improvement actions.
  • Consistently contribute to division discussions, training, and development initiatives.
  • Actively apply feedback and coaching, and pursue self-development to continually elevate the standard of your performance.
  • Represent InvestorKit with professionalism, enthusiasm, and humility in all interactions to deliver a five star client experience.
