About the Role

As a Senior Property Consultant at InvestorKit, your role is to drive front-end revenue by consistently securing signed and paid agreements with high-quality clients. You are the final step in the sales journey – responsible for building trust, navigating objections, and presenting a compelling value proposition that aligns with each client’s goals.

You are expected to manage your pipeline with precision, follow up with urgency, and contribute actively to team discussions, trainings, and outcomes. You work closely with Property Consultants (Setters) to optimise handovers, maintain CRM hygiene, and uphold our brand standard in every interaction.

This role is built on results, but your success also depends on collaboration, systems discipline, and your contribution to our team culture. As a Senior Consultant, your leadership shows through your preparation, your influence on others, and your ability to deliver consistent performance while supporting the team’s growth.

Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as during weekday evenings, is required.

  • Consistently secure signed and paid agreements from qualified prospects.
  • Manage your sales pipeline through CRM with accuracy and urgency.
  • Maintain 100% follow-up and task adherence through calendar and system discipline.
  • Run effective closing calls that present InvestorKit’s offer with clarity and impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Setters to ensure clean handovers and lead quality.
  • Participate fully in Power Sessions, Growth Sessions, training, start of day, end of day and team huddles.
  • Take ownership of your personal performance data and prepare for every coaching session.
  • Conduct a range of whitespace activities as required (e.g; outbound, rescheduling, appointment management etc.)
  • Contribute to team culture through knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and energy.
  • Actively apply feedback and coaching, and pursue self-development to continually elevate the standard of your performance.
  • Represent InvestorKit with professionalism, enthusiasm, and humility in all interactions.
