About the Role
The Senior Creative – Digital & Content is both a maker and a leader-in-the-making — responsible for levelling up InvestorKit’s creative output and building the foundations for a high-performing in-house creative function.
This role blends senior digital design, content production, and creative direction — producing best-in-class assets across social, video, email, ads, landing pages, sales collateral, and brand storytelling initiatives. It’s hands-on from day one, with the opportunity to grow into a Creative Lead position as processes, systems, and a small team are established.
You’ll translate campaign objectives, data insights, and brand positioning into bold, effective creative that drives results. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider team, you’ll ensure our creative not only looks great but delivers on business goals across the full customer lifecycle — from awareness through to retention and advocacy.
We’re looking for someone AI-fluent, versatile across formats, and confident in both crafting and directing creative — able to set the bar high while rolling up their sleeves to make it happen.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Production
- Lead the creative vision for digital and content output, ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand aesthetic across all formats and channels.
- Translate campaign objectives, audience insights, and brand positioning into compelling creative concepts for social, lifecycle, and full-funnel marketing.
- Balance hands-on execution with strategic oversight — delivering key assets personally while guiding outsourced or junior contributors.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to define creative standards, asset types, and performance benchmarks for a scalable creative function.
- Ensure integration of social-first creative with lifecycle and campaign needs — connecting brand storytelling with lead generation, nurture, and retention goals.
- Provide art direction and feedback loops to internal teams, freelancers, and agency partners.
Social & Marketing Content Creation
- Ideate, copy write, design and produce static, video, and motion assets for Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, email and more.
- Create social-first content (Reels, memes, carousels, testimonials, story takeovers) in collaboration with the Brand & Community Manager.
- Deliver creative variations to support paid performance campaigns in partnership with the Campaign Marketing Manager and agency.
- Stay up to date on trends and formats across social platforms to inform creative variations.
- Balance social-first and lifecycle-oriented formats to meet campaign goals across the full funnel.
Brand & Campaign Asset Production
- Design and deliver creative assets to support the entire customer journey — including nurture emails, onboarding visuals, referral campaigns, and retention initiatives.
- Support brand storytelling across landing pages, blogs, newsletters, investor reports, and sales collateral.
- Produce assets for webinars, awards submissions, internal comms, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and tone, and prepare templates to support content scaling.
AI-Enabled Production & Workflow Efficiency
- Use generative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Adobe AI, Canva Magic) to scale and accelerate production.
- Build and refine creative templates, workflows, and processes for speed and consistency.
- Experiment with AI-enhanced formats while maintaining creative quality.
Collaboration & Cross-Team Support
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to interpret briefs, align creative to campaign goals, and ensure deep understanding of audience and journey stage.
- Support the Tech team on UX/UI initiatives for the InvestorKit app where applicable.
- Partner with the Editorial Lead to visually bring to life thought leadership, PR, and news-driven content.
- Support rapid-turn creative testing and share insights on performance.
Key Skills & Attributes
- 5+ years experience in digital design, content production, and/or motion graphics (agency or in-house), with a portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaigns and measurable impact.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Canva and Figma; comfortable with HTML/CSS basics for digital layout adaptation.
- Proven experience producing high-performing creative across social, video, email, and paid media channels.
- Confident using AI-powered creative tools (eg. Midjourney, Runway, Adobe AI, Canva Magic) to accelerate ideation, production, and testing without compromising quality.
- Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, storytelling, motion, and typography — with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different lifecycle stages and audiences.
- Skilled at turning complex data and insights into compelling visual content that drives engagement, conversions, and brand authority.
- Highly organised with excellent time management, file version control, and workflow documentation.
- You thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment that requires the ability to problem solve, drive chaos to clarity and maintain personal resilience.
