As an Inbound Property Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for contacting leads generated from a range of internal marketing activities, qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships and working across our sales team to ultimately convert leads into satisfied clients. With a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding sales targets, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of our agency.


  • Managing Inbound:
    Qualify inbound leads, assessing their needs, then setting them for a sales consultation with a senior property consultant. You will use a range of sales techniques to ensure the client is warmed and engaged with our process and is in a position to buy a property and our services.
  • Finalising signups:
    Work closely with the Senior Property Consultants and Client Success Team to see the completion of all sales transactions and initiate the onboarding of clients into InvestorKit.
  • Lead nurturing & Pipeline Management:
    Maintain and nurture your own pipeline of inbound and outbound clients, use a range of techniques and platforms to move leads from prospects to signed clients.
  • Property & Relationship Expert:
    Maintain your knowledge of residential and commercial property, real estate investment finance, InvestorKit buying processes and strategies, as well as sales techniques and objection handling.
  • Whitespace: 
    • Outbound lead nurturing, conduct follow ups, re-engage no-shows and conduct appointment reminders. 
    • Attend team meetings, sales training activities, workshops and call coaching sessions as required. 
    • Work on scripts, drip feeds and other various sales related activities that directly contribute to your KPIs.
    • Maintain industry knowledge, product and services knowledge as well as InvestorKit marketing and sales activity knowledge.


  • Customer Focus: Putting the customer’s needs first and providing excellent service to build trust and loyalty.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly conveying information about the brand, products, and services, and actively listening to understand customer requirements.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrating strong sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close sales.
  • Adaptability: Being able to switch between inbound and outbound activities seamlessly, and adjust approach based on customer interactions.
  • Resilience: Your resilience is crucial. Cold calling can often result in rejection, so it’s important not to get discouraged easily. Understand that rejection is part of the process and use it as an opportunity to learn and improve.
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing time to handle inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, and conduct outbound prospecting activities.
  • Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with customers and leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Problem-Solving: Effectively addressing customer inquiries, issues, or objections to provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Persistence: Being persistent in following up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of the brand, products, and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.



  • Minimum set target: Meet individual monthly minimum appoint set and attend targets (See Targets)
  • Appointment Set Rate: 90% of qualified leads set and attend Property Consultation
  • Outbound activity: All assigned outbound leads to be contacted within 24 hours
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM, with 100% of interactions recorded and follow up tasks set


  • Effective sales techniques: Consistently demonstrate an effective use of open and closed questions to overcome obstacles and handle objections.
  • Industry and brand knowledge: Demonstrate and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, InvestorKit value propositions, research and processes.

Remuneration & Commission

Salary: $65K – $75K + Super + Commissions
