About InvestorKit

InvestorKit is a premier buyers agency in Australia, renowned for its data-driven approach and high-performance culture. We specialise in helping clients achieve their financial goals through strategic property investments backed by comprehensive market analysis and insights. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations by leveraging cutting-edge technology and industry expertise.

About the Role

As the Property Consultant Manager at InvestorKit, you are responsible for leading and elevating the performance of the Setter division, which includes both Inbound and Outbound Appointment Setters. Reporting to the Head of Sales, your primary focus is to build a high-performing, disciplined, and growth-driven team that consistently delivers consult bookings aligned with business targets.

This role requires you to be deeply involved in the day-to-day performance management, training, and coaching of your team, while also maintaining a strategic view of conversion trends, pipeline health, and lead quality. You will be the central link between Marketing, Closers, and Operations—ensuring leads are followed up with urgency, pre-framing is executed effectively, and setter activities drive the outcomes required for downstream success.

You are expected to set high standards of execution, foster a culture of accountability and energy, and ensure every setter – whether inbound or outbound – is equipped to handle objections, frame client value, and convert leads into quality consults. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring data hygiene, CRM discipline, and consistency in messaging and client interactions across the team.

This is a leadership role that blends hands-on support with strategic influence, and thrives on coaching, operational rigour, and driving results through people.
