ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Property Consultant, you are the face of our brand and are seen to be the expert in property investing by our prospective clients. You will be responsible for converting qualified and set leads into InvestorKit clients by conducting in-depth consultation sessions. You will utilise your property investment and InvestorKit brand knowledge, relationship building skills and sales capabilities to connect with your prospect, find their purpose and align our services with their goals. As the senior property consultant you will work with the wider sales team, collaborating on new opportunities and ensuring payments are made post sign-up. You will also demonstrate effective nurturing best practice as you build out your own pipeline and work on clients who are not ready to purchase.
Preference for after-hours and weekend availability, though strong candidates will still be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Closing:
Use a range of sales techniques to unpack a prospect’s goals through property, aligning our services with their key objectives and perceived pain points, then effectively negotiate the sale in line with your KPIs. - Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to assist in various engagement strategies, including appointment setting, reminder activities, and post-sign-up payment management. Also, collaborate with the client success team and portfolio strategy team to guarantee the highest standard of client onboarding experience. Attend every consult prepared with insights from pre-qualifying consult. - Lead nurturing & Pipeline Management:
Maintain and nurture your own pipeline of clients, use a range of outreach and drip-feed techniques to transition clients from a not ready stage to closed in line with your KPIs - Property & Relationship Expert:
Maintain your knowledge of residential and commercial property, real estate investment finance, InvestorKit buying processes and strategies, as well as sales techniques and objection handling. - Whitespace:
- Attend team meetings, sales training activities, workshops and call coaching sessions as required.
- Work on scripts, drip feeds and other various sales related activities that directly contribute to your KPIs.
- Maintain industry knowledge, product and services knowledge as well as InvestorKit marketing and sales activity knowledge.

- Can Develop Personalised Follow-Ups: Creates follow-up plans that are tailored to each client, ensuring they have the right information to make a decision.
- Can Manage Their Own Pipeline: Stays organised, keeps track of client progress, and follows up at the right times without needing direction.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Quantitative:
- Conversion: Maintain a minimum 30% closure rate month on month.
- Target: Meet individual monthly minimum sign up targets (set monthly by leader – see ‘Targets’)
- Invoice paid: Retainer invoices from your sign ups to be paid in 3 days or less
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM, with 100% of interactions recorded and follow up tasks set
Qualitative:
- CUPID Mastery: Consistently demonstrate the effective use of the CUPID framework.
- Collaboration: Proactively work with the wider team to ensure nurturing, follow ups, reminders and . Communicate promptly with the client success team for any payment issues, onboarding concerns and requirements.
- Industry and brand knowledge: Demonstrate and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, InvestorKit value propositions, case studies, research and processes.
- Training & Development: Attend all sales training, coaching and other professional development sessions provided by your leadership team and InvestorKit
TARGETS
Sales targets for the team are set annually and evenly distributed across the financial year to ensure a consistent run rate towards achieving our annual goals. However, monthly targets may be adjusted based on team performance. If a month falls behind target, the shortfall will be redistributed across the remaining months to stay on track.
Any changes to your individual or team target for the month will be communicated during the first POWER meeting of the new month.
We operate with a team-wide monthly target, which is reviewed and adjusted at the start of each month. The updated team target will be announced on the first working day of the new month.
COMMISSION ELIGIBILITY:
If the team hits its target for the month, you will be eligible for the Conversion and Target commission, provided you exceed a 30% closure rate. Remuneration & Commission
SALARY:
Base Salary: 85k-95K + Super, OTE with commission 150k
Total achievable commission is $60k per annum and is paid monthly on the twelfth (12th) day of the month. Total commission payable per month is equivalent to 1/12 of your annualized commission ($60k OTC / 12 = $5000)
